Thanks to its vineyard resting on a basement of clay, to iron dross and grave in large quantities, 1967 Vieux Château Certan possesses a rare elegance and aromas sometimes reminiscent of some Grands Médoc.
Grape harvest always hand-made, a careful vinification by grape variety in vats of oak, then a rearing completely made in new wood barrels for 18 to 22 months, here is the recipe of this Vieux Château Certan.
Less powerful than its brothers of Pomerol, 1967 Vieux Château Certan wins over time an exceptional finesse, combined with a concentration and wealth just fabulous.
