The products we offer are fully owned by us, they are stored in our storage facility in Paris’s 11th arrondissement and are available immediately for delivery or collection.

Chateau.com offers its customers the following services and guarantees:

I - Quality guarantee

Chateau.com accepts responsibility for the accurate description of the products shown on its site (product authenticity and condition). The description of the products offered for sale is provided by our employees. Under no circumstances shall Chateau.com be held liable for the taste quality of products bought on its site.

II - Secure payments

Payment for orders can be by:

Secure electronic payment using your bank card
Payment by cheque made out to Chateau.com
Payment by bank transfer

III - Storage facility

You may leave your wines with us to be stored in our storage facility under ideal conditions until you collect your orders. Once two weeks have elapsed from the date of purchase, you will be charged for storage at the rate of €1.50 per bottle/week. Weeks which have commenced are charged in full.
