Château Poujeaux 2015 is composed of a blend of Petit Verdot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Merlot harvested in Moulis en Médoc.
In the glass it has a garnet/purple colour and reveals an opulent and fruity bouquet of red cherries and black plums coated with spices and woody notes.
On the palate, Château Poujeaux 2015 is medium-bodied with a mellow attack and coated tannins. The aromas of red fruits are single-layer and not very complex but let emerge a finish of a beautiful freshness, both long and mineral.

Château Poujeaux 2015 is a Cru Bourgeois that will wonderfully accompany beef, veal, game and poultry dishes.
