Champagne Franck Bonville "Pur Oger" Blanc de Blanc Grand Cru 2012 is, as its name suggests, a 100% Chardonnay blend harvested exclusively from two vineyards in the commune of Oger: Les Noyerots and les Rumigny.)

In the glass, Franck Bonville's Cuvée Pur Oger 2012, with its beautiful golden colour and light, persistent bubbles, opens with a bouquet dominated by tropical scents (pineapple) and gourmet notes of vanilla pastries. With aeration, subtle notes of nougat and brioche develop and emerge from the glass accompanied by a distinguished touch of minerality.
On the palate, Champagne Franck Bonville "Pur Oger" Blanc de Blanc Grand Cru 2012 offers a round and full-bodied attack. Fresh and balanced, the mid-palate allows the blend to flourish, developing an incredible richness and complexity with layers of exotic fruit and citrus blended together that grow to reveal a wonderfully persistent and fruity finish!
