As its name suggests, Champagne Franck Bonville "Pur Avize" Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru 2012 is a 100% Chardonnay wine from three parcels located in Avize: Les Chapelles, Les Avats as well as Les Maladries.

In the glass, Franck Bonville's Cuvée Pur Avize 2012 is adorned with a magnificent bright yellow colour crossed by a string of fine and persistent bubbles.
Shy on the first nose, it opens with aeration, giving rise to subtle aromas of ripe exotic fruits (pineapple, mangoes, pears) and acacia flowers.
On the palate, Champagne Franck Bonville "Pur Avize" 2012 offers a fresh and generous attack. The fruity flavours of the nose are perfectly expressed in the mouth, supported by a velvety texture as well as a delicately mineral touch that emerges at the end of the mouth, to sublimate a long, lively and full of juicy fruit on the finish!
