Connétable Talbot 2015 is a red wine from the Saint Julien appellation composed of Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot.

It has a beautiful deep garnet colour and a woody bouquet full of black fruits and dried vegetal notes. Subtle notes of mushrooms and graphite appear with aeration.
On the palate, Connétable Talbot 2015 is medium-bodied with dry tannins and a solid aromatic range of Cabernet Sauvignon. Light and airy, the black fruits are well transcribed in the mouth and lead to a slightly recessed finish.

Connétable Talbot 2015 is a subtle and discreet wine that will go well with red meat and poultry dishes.
