It is in the heart of the Pomerol appellation that the Château Bellegrave vineyard is located. This vineyard, made up of gravel, sand and clay on the surface as well as a subsoil rich in iron dirt, benefits from an ideal microclimate that contributes to the excellence of the wines.
The 8.5 hectares of vines (75% Merlot and 25% Cabernet Franc) have always been harvested manually and in a fragmented way in order to let all the characteristics of the terroir express itself.

In the glass, Château Bellegrave 2018 is adorned with a pretty purple colour with garnet tinges.
On the nose, it distills aromas of ripe black and red fruits mixed with vegetal notes and forest soil.
On the palate, Château Bellegrave 2018 offers a rich and powerful body. Its tannic structure, supple and velvety, perfectly supports the concentrated aromas of black and red fruits mixed with various warm spices. The finish is long and absolutely delicious.
