In 1959, Bernard de Nonancourt created the Cuvée Grand Siècle of the Laurent-Perrier House in order to recreate the perfect year. Nature being capricious, the perfect year will probably never exist. But where nature fails, Maison Laurent Perrier succeeds thanks to the subtle art of blending: by freeing himself from the traditional Champagne conventions that want a prestigious cuvée to be obligatorily vintage, Bernard de Nonancourt seeks, for the Cuvée Grand Siècle, to "blend the best with the best to obtain the best".

Made from a blend of three great vintage years, the Champagne Laurent Perrier "Grand Siècle" Brut is THE Champagne, combining finesse, power and balance. 11 of the 17 Grands Crus of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir are used in the composition of the Champagne Laurent Perrier "Grand Siècle". The blend combines 3 exceptional vintages selected for their complementarity: one for freshness, one for structure and one for finesse. The juice obtained is then aged in the cellar for 7 to 8 years.

Laurent Perrier "Grand Siècle" Champagne Laurent Perrier Brut Non vintage is dressed in a brilliant gold colour and exudes subtle effervescence.
Its complex nose, radiates intense aromas of candied citrus fruits, followed by honey and roasted almonds pastries.
Tasty and evolving on the palate, the Cuvée Grand Siècle reveals a beautiful minerality and shows a perfect balance between strength and delicacy.

Champagne Laurent Perrier "Grand Siècle" Brut is the perfect accompaniment to the most refined dishes, especially those of Saint-Jacques pan-fried with black truffles.
Grape varieties: 55% Chardonnay (Avize, Cramant and Le Mesnil-sur-Oger) 45% Pinot Noir (Ambonnay, Bouzy, Mailly)
Ageing: 7 to 8 years. Can be enjoyed at a temperature of 10/12°C to fully appreciate its aromatic richness.
