A vintage steeped in history, the Cuvée du Général Patton commemorates the 70th anniversary of the Liberation, as well as the heroic General Patton.

Indeed, on August 30, 1944, the General and his troops liberated Reims, the City of the Sacred Kings of France. On this occasion, Patton decides to install his headquarters in a very particular residence, that of the family of the Counts of Dampierre.

Made exclusively from Chardonnay Grand Cru, the Champagne Comtes de Dampierre "Cuvée du Général Patton" Blanc de Blancs Brut Grand Cru expresses all the strength and refinement of the grapes harvested at Mesnil sur Oger, vinified and aged in the traditional way on lees for over 26 months.

With a pale gold colour and a very fine effervescence, Champagne Comtes de Dampierre "Cuvée du Général Patton" is particularly suitable for tasting. First, it distills notes of frangipane and light white flowers, then it evolves on aromas of autumn, dry apricots, which persist very long in mouth.
With its incredible elegance and great finesse, Champagne Comtes de Dampierre "Cuvée du Général Patton" is best enjoyed by the fireplace at the end of the evening.
