The Cuvées 7XX are always made from a blend of a vintage and reserve wines, giving birth to a champagne that retranscribes its year while keeping the inimitable Jacquesson style.

Champagne Jacquesson "Cuvée n°743" Extra Brut is produced around the 2015 vintage and was disgorged in August 2019.
Made up of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, it has an attractive golden colour with sparkling reflections, crossed by a string of delicate bubbles.
On the nose, it opens with a charming bouquet of juicy yellow fruit and freshly baked bread accompanied by subtle notes of spring flowers and beeswax.
On the palate, Champagne Jacquesson 743 offers a full-bodied attack followed by a powerful and tasty mid-palate. The aromas of yellow fruit, perfectly delineated, develop and grow, supported by a fine, caressing mousse, to finish on a finish tinged with an elegant salty touch.

The Champagne Jacquesson "Cuvée n°743" Extra Brut is just entering its peak of maturity. It is ready for tasting but will continue to gain in maturity until at least 2035.
