Pétrus 1985 is the result of a 100% Merlot blend, harvested in the heart of the Pomerol appellation.

It has a beautiful deep brick red colour and a charming bouquet filled with lumpy, black cherries and ripe, crisp fruit, along with notes of cigar boxes and dried herbs.
On the palate, Petrus 1985 offers a round and creamy mouth with soft tannins. The sweetness of its tannins gives it a silky and velvety texture with aromas of black plums, tobacco and dried herbs, as well as a spicy touch that reveals itself on a warm, long and persistent finish.
