It is in the heart of the Pessac-Léognan appellation that the 75 hectares of clayey-sandy gravel terraces that compose the Château Larrivet Haut-Brion vineyard are located. These terraces, remarkably exposed and benefiting from exceptional draining, are planted with 30 years old vines for red wines (50% Merlot, 45% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Cabernet Franc), against 25 for white wines (80% Sauvignon blanc, 20% Sémillon).

Château Larrivet Haut-Brion 2018 has a beautiful dark and deep garnet colour.
It distills a bouquet full of scents of cooked and candied red and black fruits. On the second nose, the aromas become more complex, revealing delicate notes of dried flowers.
On the palate, Château Larrivet Haut-Brion 2018 offers a moderately full-bodied attack. The mid-palate reveals an impressive quantity of fruit supported by a soft and well worked tannic structure.
