Every year, the Jacquesson House produces a new 7XX cuvée. These special vintages are intended to represent the unique identity of each vintage while preserving the unique Jacquesson style.
To do this, each 7XX vintage is composed of its vintage as well as a part of reserve wines that best illustrate the Jacquesson identity.

Champagne Jacquesson Cuvée 742 Brut Non Millésimé is produced around the 2014 vintage. It is composed of a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir in equal parts (about 40%) and completed by 20% Pinot Meunier, all harvested at perfect maturity.

In the glass, the Champagne Jacquesson Cuvée 742 Brut Non Millésimé shows a superb golden colour with sparkling reflections and a fine effervescence.
From the very first nose, Cuvée 742 opens with a complex and enchanting bouquet full of aromas of ripe fruit, citrus fruits, nuts and various spices.
On the palate, Champagne Jacquesson Cuvée 742 offers a fresh and lively attack. The mid-palate is perfectly balanced with a beautiful concentration of fruit, a well balanced acidity and a silky texture.

The 7XX vintages of the Maison Jacquesson are always nice surprises and this Cuvée 742 will not be an exception!
