Franck Bonville's Extra Brut cuvée is composed solely of wines that are sufficiently rich and complex that, after a few years spent in cellars, they can be tasted without dosage.
Made from a 100% Chardonnay Grands Crus blend from the Avize terroir, Champagne Franck Bonville Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut has matured for at least 5 years in the House's cellars. It benefits from an extremely low dosage of 2.5g/l, which reveals all the mineral purity of its terroir, as well as all the freshness characterising 100% Chardonnay blends.
Champagne Franck Bonville Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut opens with a fruity nose of great maturity, dressed in a beautiful gold robe, rolled up with a string of fine and persistent bubbles.
The Extra Brut cuvée is smooth on the palate, of great complexity, and has the delicate freshness of Chardonnay. The finish has more salty notes.
