The Champagne Franck Bonville Grand Cru Blanc de Blanc 2012 presents a very beautiful pale straw yellow colour, with golden and elegant reflections crossed by a fine cordon of bubbles forming a silky foam.
On the nose, it reveals a charming and refined bouquet of yeast, toasted baguette, tasty apples, citrus fruits and white flowers.
On the palate, Champagne Franck Bonville Grand Cru Blanc de Blanc 2012 offers a complex palette of flavours of ripe fruit (green apple, lemon), yeast, biscuits as well as mineral and dry notes. It is a rich and well-balanced champagne, with a velvety texture, and elegant aromas that extend the time of a distinguished finish and remarkable length.
