Château Fombrauge 2015 was born from a blend of 95% Merlot and 5% Cabernet Franc harvested in the heart of the Saint Emilion appellation and aged in 45% new oak barrels, 45% one-year old barrels and 10% cement vats.

In the glass, Château Fombrauge 2015 has a garnet/dark purple colour and reveals a rich and generous bouquet, full of black fruits, cherries, blackberries and plums wrapped in elegant spices with subtle hints of liquorice and iodine in the background.
In the mouth, Château Fombrauge 2015 is more sober and refined. Pure and clean, it offers slightly spicy red fruit aromas as well as notes of white pepper and liquorice. It continues to evolve in the glass until the finish reveals notes of laurel harmoniously mixed with woody oak aromas.

Château Fombrauge 2015 offers great ageing potential.
