Indeed, 2007 was a year marked by a milder than normal winter followed by a very hot spring and a particularly cold and rainy summer. Fortunately, the end of the summer has greatly improved and finally allowed a good ripening of the grapes.

On the nose, the 2007 Champagne Delamotte Blanc de Blancs Brut displays great purity with floral and fruity notes that add to the brioche touch characteristic of Champagnes Delamotte.
