The estate was created in the 16th century by the Bages family. During the revolution, the estate was taken over by a new owner, the Croizet family. Château Croizet Bages takes its name from this change of ownership.

Château Croizet Bages 1998 presents a beautiful dark brick red colour, slightly browned on the edges.
After a few hours in a decanter, it opens completely, offering a bouquet of blackcurrant and other black berries, as well as notes of tobacco and cedar.
On the palate, it offers ripe and concentrated tannins. The black fruits evolve on redcurrant and coat themselves with a touch of licorice.
