Located on the famous Coteau de Pavie, in the heart of the Saint-Emilion appellation, Château Saint-Georges (Côte Pavie) benefits from an exceptional vineyard with clay and limestone soils and a molasse subsoil.

The unique richness of this terroir is one of the secrets of Château Saint-Georges (Côte Pavie). In order to get the best out of it, the vines (80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Franc) are harvested manually and in a fragmented way to ensure the perfect maturity of each grape that will be used in the composition of the wine.

Château Saint-Georges (Côte Pavie) 2018 has a splendid dark garnet colour with ruby tints.
On the nose, it has a rich and extraverted bouquet full of red and black berries, raspberries, cherries and blackberries, interspersed with tertiary notes of cocoa and wood and a delicate floral touch.
On the palate, Château Saint-Georges (Côte Pavie) 2018 offers a moderately full-bodied attack. Lively and fresh, the aromas of ripe red fruits are supported by a silky and finely worked tannic line leading to a deliciously long and persistent finish.
