About Château Léoville Poyferré 2014
Bottle (75cl)

With a magnificent dark dress with blue/violet tints, Château Léoville-Poyferré 2014 is surprisingly rich from the very first nose. Ample, fresh and greedy, the 2014 vintage of Château Léoville Poyferré exhales black fruit flavours, mainly cherries, and a hint of cedar wood.
On the palate, Château Léoville Poyferré 2014 offers a beautiful minerality reminiscent of the clay soils of its terroir. The attack is frank, with a slight acidity giving it some dynamism. It then evolves on more tannic notes, with ripe, fine and distinguished tannins.
The finish completes the adventure in a climax, revealing the full potential of the black fruits and a nice length.

Château Léoville Poyferré is undoubtedly a frank success that has great potential for keeping!
