The Clos Fourtet 2012 is made from a blend of 85% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Cabernet Franc. The vines are traditionally cultivated in sustainable agriculture and have an average age of 25 years.

The Clos Fourtet 2012 is shown in an intense ruby colour with charming reflections.
On the nose, it has a deep bouquet of red and black fruits such as strawberry and cherry, with a floral touch and a grilled note.

On the palate, the Clos Fourtet 2012 is a model of balance.
It perfectly combines the roundness and fruity octuosity of Merlot with the power and freshness of Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon, supported by fine and distinguished tannins.
This 2012 vintage also offers an enchanting, long and persistent finish to this sumptuous Saint Emilion.
