The Champagne Deutz Cuvée William Deutz 1999 is the result of a subtle blend of three traditional grape varieties, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, as well as a fourth grape variety, Mourvèdre.

The Cuvée William Deutz 1999 is dressed in a magnificent light yellow colour with brilliant reflections, covered with a beautiful effervescence forming a creamy foam.
This cuvée offers a complex bouquet that is constantly evolving in the glass. On the first nose, fruity aromas take over, releasing tons of tropical fruit, roasted pears and candied pineapple. Later, after a few moments of aeration, the aromatic structure becomes more complex, revealing sweet and warm spices, notes of viennoiseries and caramel.
On the palate, Champagne Deutz Cuvée William Deutz 1999 is full and rich with a hint of minerality that allows it to retain a good freshness and balance. It is a juicy champagne, full of ripe fruit and gourmet notes, with a touch of grilled walnuts on the finish.
