For this 2008 vintage, Taittinger has selected the famous Brazilian photographer Sebastião Salgado to dress its bottle with one of his major works: the "Leopard in the Barab River Valley".

Produced from a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir (50% each), the Champagne Taittinger Collection Salgado Brut 2008 shows all of Taittinger's expertise in the creation of great vintage champagnes.

In the glass, the Champagne Taittinger Collection Salgado 2008 is dressed in a magnificent golden colour with a string of fine and lively bubbles.
Medium-bodied on the palate, it offers a marvellous balance between a silky texture and finely dosed acidity. It is fresh, pure and elegant with a clean and precise taste profile loaded with aromas of ripe and juicy fruits intermingled with delicately iodized and salty notes.
