Made from a single grape variety grown on a single terroir and endowed with a single vintage, the champagnes of the Maison Salon all respect this unique tradition. But on rare occasions, when the vintage is exceptional, the House offers a unique cuvée, composed of grapes from a single year!

This is the case of the Champagne Salon "S Le Mesnil" 2006!

Made from a 100% Chardonnay blend, harvested in Mesnil sur Oger, the 2006 vintage of this "S" cuvée has spent 11 years in the cellar. Yet it gives off an incredible youth as soon as the bottle is opened!
Refined and powerful, this cuvée is paradoxically both aerial and massive. This impression is reinforced in the mouth or its refined bubbles blend perfectly with a flawless structure!

The Champagne Salon "S Le Mesnil" Blanc de Blancs Brut 2006 is a very great vintage, which, thanks to its moderate acidity, will continue to gain in structure and refinement for several decades!

The Champagne Salon "S Le Mesnil" 2006 will perfectly accompany an Iberian ham or a dish based on truffles. It will also go very well with a dark chocolate dessert.
