Nicolas Maillart's Chaillots Gillis 2012 cuvée is made exclusively of Chardonnay from two hillside parcels located respectively at "les Chaillots" and "les Gillis". The Chardonnay vines are about 40 years old on average and are grown using a biodynamic approach, with respect for biodiversity.
Champagne Nicolas Maillart Chaillots Gillis Premier Cru is an exceptional cuvee that is only produced in the best vintages. The 2012 vintage was vinified in oak barrels then aged on lees for six months (with stirring).
