Champagne Moët & Chandon Ice Impérial is not a cuvée like the others. Indeed, this cuvée has been specifically designed to be drunk on ice cubes!

For this reason, the Cellar Master of Moët & Chandon has opted for a blend dominated by Pinot Noir (40-50%) and complemented by Pinot Meunier (30-40%) and Chardonnay (10-20%).
The dominant Pinot Noir brings its fruity intensity and structure to the blend, while the Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay give it roundness and richness, for the former, and incredible freshness, for the latter.

In the glass, Champagne Moët & Chandon Ice Impérial reveals a magnificent deep golden colour with subtle amber tints.
Rich and opulent from the very first nose, the Ice Impérial cuvée distils an intense bouquet full of ripe and juicy stone fruits, exotic fruits as well as spicy notes and a surprising touch of red berries (wild strawberries).
On the palate, the Champagne Moët & Chandon Ice Impérial Brut offers a full, fleshy attack followed by a rich, fruit-filled mid-palate. The fruity flavours unfold gently on the palate, quickly caught up by a superb line of acidity that grows to the finish, coating the aromas of citrus fruit, ginger and quinine.

An unconventional cuvee par excellence, Champagne Moët & Chandon Ice Impérial is best served as a summer aperitif.
