Considered by experts as one of the finest Champagne vintages in recent history, the Champagne Moët & Chandon Dom Pérignon Plénitude P2 2002, is adorned with a magnificent golden colour with fine and abundant effervescence.
On the nose, it now expresses an unparalleled maturity, distilling candied aromas of yellow and white fruits, intermingled with greedy notes of frangipane and spices to which is added a subtle vegetal touch. After a few seconds, mineral notes of iodine emerge, bringing out all the minerality of the vintage.
On the palate, Champagne Moët & Chandon Dom Pérignon P2 2002 reveals an opulent and airy taste profile. The ripe and spicy fruit core is supported by a racy and salty mineral structure, to finish on a deliciously persistent finish tinged with an elegant touch of liquorice.

The 2002 Champagne Moët & Chandon Dom Pérignon Plénitude P2 Brut is only in its second life. Made for an extremely long ageing, it is already in its ideal tasting range and will continue to mature until 2045.
