Dom Pérignon is a legendary cuvée, as renowned for its gustatory qualities as for its exceptional ageing and development potential. In fact, like all the greatest champagnes, Dom Pérignon goes through several stages of evolution. To mark these stages, Moët & Chandon has therefore created the concept of Plénitude: the first Plénitude is reached after 7 years of maturation in the estate's cellars, the second after 15 years and the third after 20 years.

Today, and after 15 years maturing in the cellars of the estate, Champagne Moët & Chandon Dom Pérignon Plénitude P2 2000 has developed an unprecedented depth and intensity, more lively and energetic. A new life, a new plenitude!

In the glass, Champagne Moët & Chandon Dom Pérignon P2 2000 is adorned with a beautiful golden colour with sparkling reflections and a fine, sparkling effervescence.
On the nose, it distils a ripe and opulent bouquet of stone fruits and candied citrus fruits wrapped in greedy notes of butter brioche and spices, enhanced by a mineral and salty touch.
On the palate, Champagne Moët & Chandon Dom Pérignon Plénitude P2 brut 2000 opens with a lively and moderately full-bodied attack. The ripe and vibrant fruits are carried by a soft and silky texture, then evolve in the middle of the mouth to reveal a delicious hint of bitterness that grows and develops to end on a persistent and racy finish, tinged with toasty notes and an elegant touch of liquorice.

The Champagne Moët & Chandon Dom Pérignon Plénitude P2 2000 is a monument that never ceases to surprise us. Produced for long cellaring, it is already in its ideal tasting range and will continue to mature and evolve until 2030, if not longer!
