From the very first nose, Dom Pérignon 1985 reveals its power, releasing a fruity and greedy bouquet of quince, apricot, lime, yeast and toasted bread.
On the palate, Champagne Moët & Chandon Dom Pérignon 1985 combines medium body and a fairly full-bodied acidity but balanced by a sugar content slightly higher than usual. The fruity aromas of the nose evolve, revealing notes of dried fruit, apples and pears, as well as notes of viennoiseries to finish on a moderately intense but persistent finish for long seconds.
