Each 7XX cuvée has a specific vintage. The Cuvée n°737 Dégorgement tardif is based on the 2009 vintage, with a 20% share of reserve wines, as with all Cuvée n°7XX.

It is this part of reserve wine that, according to the Jacquesson House, allows champagne to reveal its full potential.

Champagne Jacquesson "Cuvée n°737" Brut Non-vintage Dégorgement tardif is built around a blend of Chardonnay (43%), Pinot Meunier (30%) and Pinot Noir (27%). These grape varieties are produced from vines classified as Premiers Crus and Grands Crus.
The Cuvée 737 Dégorgement tardif was vinified in tuns followed by a 7-year ageing on lees.

On the nose, it reveals a rich and aromatic bouquet of incredible finesse emanating refreshing citrus scents.
On the palate, Champagne Jacquesson Cuvée n°737 DT offers an elegant and balanced palate, all in finesse. Rich and complex, it develops magnificent aromas of ripe apples and citrus fruits intertwined with hints of spring flowers, honey and pastry notes before revealing a pure and fresh finish, tinged with subtle mineral and salty flavours.
