Franck Bonville's Cuvée Pur Mesnil 2012 reveals a beautiful golden colour crossed by a string of delicate bubbles forming a necklace of creamy foam.
On the nose, it is characterised by a more marked discretion than the Pur Avize 2012 and Pur Oger 2012 vintages. Delicate and refined, notes of yellow fruit and citrus fruit intermingle with subtle touches of white flowers and minerals.
