Château Doisy-Daëne is best known for its sweet wine of Barsac but it also produces a dry white wine under the appellation Bordeaux (AOC).

Château Doisy-Daëne dry white is a single varietal wine, produced only around Sauvignon Blanc harvested at full maturity, then aged on lees for 8 months.
Renowned as one of the best dry white wines in the Bordeaux region, it is intended for "young" consumption with a ageing potential that generally does not exceed 10 years.

In the glass, Château Doisy-Daëne 2017 has a magnificent golden colour with brilliant reflections and a refined nose of fresh, ripe and sweet citrus fruits and crisp white fruits wrapped in spring flower petals.
Medium-bodied on the attack, Château Doisy-Daëne 2017 offers a rich and full mid-palate, with fruit aromas of incredible intensity that only fade after a never-ending finish.
