Maison Cazals and its Cuvée Rosé champagne requires a careful blend of two grape varieties: Chardonnay Grand Cru and Pinot Noir from Verzenay.

This Cuvée Rosé is made from a combination of Chardonnay Grand Cru (85%) and Pinot Noir "Coteaux Champenois" from Verzenay (15%). The grapes are specifically chosen from the plots where the harvest is the ripest and from vines of an average age of 40 years. The wine is aged in the vaulted cellar at Mesnil-sur-Oger.

The Cuvée Rosé Grand Cru of the Maison Cazals has a coppery colour with pale reflections, its bubbles are very fine and powerfully lively.
On the nose, it is a champagne that spreads out notes of red fruit and citrus.
On the palate, the Cuvée Rosé is distinguished by a brilliant minerality and elegant aromas. This beautiful rosé from the Claude Cazals Champagne House is a deliciously acidic spectacle.
