Château Olivier Blanc 2015 is a blend of three traditional grape varieties from the Pessac-Léognan appellation: 75% Sauvignon Blanc, 23% Semillon and 2% Muscadelle.

The 2015 vintage of Château Olivier blanc is dressed in a beautiful light yellow colour with golden reflections and exudes an energetic bouquet of citrus fruits and woody notes. After a few minutes of aeration, mineral touches are revealed, highlighting the freshness of the bouquet.
On the palate, Château Olivier 2015 offers a beautiful balance and a well-balanced acidity. The Semillon, very aromatic, brings complex aromas of almonds and quince while the Sauvignon Blanc, at perfect maturity, gives the wine an extraordinary roundness.

Château Olivier 2015 is a great success. Full, round, fresh and fruity, with a crunchy finish, it will make its place around an aperitif or as an accompaniment to a fish dish.
