Château Caillou is one of the renowned properties of the Sauternes appellation. The wines of this estate are sweet wines made for long ageing. The Crème de Tête cuvées are the exceptional wines of the Château.

Château Caillou Crème de Tête 1975 is produced from a 100% Sémillon blend that has undergone a drastic selection of the grapes that make it up. It has a magnificent, intense amber colour with golden highlights.

On the nose, Château Caillou Crème de Tête 1975 opens with ripe aromas of white fruits and flowers, peaches, apricots, tropical fruits, spring flowers as well as gourmet and sweet notes of almonds and vanilla.
In the mouth, Château Caillou Crème de Tête 1975 offers a heavy, smooth and sweet texture accompanied by a still lively acidity. The palate is quickly covered with mature and fruity aromas. The fruits of the nose are perfectly transcribed in mouth coated with notes of noble rot and sweet spices.
Château Caillou Crème de Tête 1975 finishes on a very long and persistent finish that continues to cover the tongue and cheeks several tens of seconds after finishing the glass.
