The Caillou Blanc de Château Talbot 2015 is a blend of two grape varieties: Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon harvested in the Bordeaux appellation.

It shows a beautiful bright straw yellow colour with light green reflections.
On the nose, the Caillou Blanc de Château Talbot 2015 distills a generous bouquet of white peaches, currants, tropical fruits, citrus fruits, elder flowers, honey and caramel.
In the mouth, Caillou Blanc de Château Talbot 2015 is well balanced and releases a great freshness. Intense and complex, it offers a well-dosed fruity acidity, releasing fruit aromas in successive layers: tropical fruits, apples, peaches, orange zest, as well as a subtle more toasted note.
