The Champagne Bonnaire "Variance" Blanc de Blancs is a blend of 100% Chardonnay from the Cramant and Bergère-les-Vertus plots (Grand Cru and Premier Cru respectively), aged on lees for a minimum of 60 months.

This unique ageing gives this Blanc de Blancs a nose of great richness, expressing notes of vanilla and white flowers, and a rich, full and unctuous mouth with a finely woody expression.

The "Variance" from Bonnaire can be enjoyed as an aperitif, but its real place is at the table, accompanied by a pan-fried foie gras or an old comté cheese!

Dosage: 6g/l.
Taste between 8 and 10°C.
