The Roof Rye by Maison Ferroni: the combined effort of two French whiskey lovers.

Maison Ferroni's Roof-Rye Whiskey is made from a minimum of 51% Rye and has undergone double maturation in both Brittany and Provence. This whiskey was originally distilled by Distillerie Warenghem.

The first maturation took place over several years in sherry casks in the cellars of the Warenghem Distillery. The climate of Brittany is close to the Scottish climate, so the cellars are temperate and humid.

The second maturation takes place in new American oak barrels, in Provence, in the cellars of Guillaume Ferroni. This maturation in a dry climate with a high thermal amplitude is amplified by steel cellars, allowing a strong concentration of aromas.
