Hubert Lamy's Saint Aubin 1er Cru En Remilly is produced from a blend of 100% Chardonnay from the exceptional clay-limestone terroir of Remilly.

The small vineyard of barely 2 ha, with its 30 year old vines, is worked with respect for the environment and biodiversity, according to the principles of sustainable viticulture. The manual harvest is followed by a meticulous sorting before vinification in barrels or half-muids. The wine is bottled only after 12 to 18 months of ageing, depending on the needs of the vintage.
