The story of Domaine Françoise & Denis Clair began in 1986. At that time the property only had a few plots of land in Santenay planted solely with Pinot Noir.
Today, the Domaine Françoise & Denis Clair has almost tripled the size of its vineyard (14ha) thanks to the acquisition of new plots in Santenay, but also in Saint-Aubin, and has diversified by devoting 35% of its surface area to the cultivation of Chardonnay.

The vines of Domaine Françoise & Denis Clair have an average age of 35 years and are harvested by hand.

Produced from a blend of 100% Chardonnay from one of the most beautiful soils of the estate, the Saint-Aubin 1er Cru En Remilly Domaine Françoise & Denis Clair 2017 has a superb pale yellow colour with golden reflections.
