The vineyard of Domaine Paul Pernot & Fils is one of the most beautiful vineyards in Burgundy. Most of the parcels are rented to other producers (such as Joseph Drouhin) who produce wines of exceptional quality.
But Paul Pernot keeps his best parcels for his own production, and produces wines of incredible quality!

Puligny Montrachet 1er Cru Les Pucelles Domaine Paul Pernot & Fils 2016 is a 100% Chardonnay blend and has a magnificent light yellow colour with golden highlights.
On the nose, it reveals deep and complex aromas of white and yellow fruit intermingled with woody oak notes.
In the mouth, 2016 Puligny Montrachet 1er Cru Les Pucelles by Paul Pernot & Fils is medium-bodied and perfectly balanced. The fruit aromas are enhanced by its great acidity and are accompanied by mineral touches that develop in the mouth until they fully express themselves on the finish, with remarkable length and persistence.
