The bouquet is elegant and fresh, with intense aromas of pear almonds, peaches, grapefruit, brioche and yeast.
Full-bodied and rich on the palate, Champagne Pommery Cuvée Louise Rosé 1999 offers a nice fresh acidity, full of ripe fruit, raspberries, strawberries, cherries, red apples and citrus fruits, balanced by greedy and toasted notes of cooked apples, yeast, honey and a mineral touch.
