Last year, when we received wines from Domaine Servin, I immediately let myself be tempted by this Petit Chablis and it was a hit. Despite its low price, it emanates an extraordinary form of authenticity. It is a delicious wine, without artifice!
I always have one or two bottles at home to drink with friends, as an aperitif, with a white meat dish or with a fruity dessert."

Petit Chablis 2014 from Domaine Servin is made from a 100% Chardonnay blend harvested on a terroir of layers of limestone and clay marl superimposed in successive layers.

It presents a pretty pale yellow and brilliant dress.
On the nose, Petit Chablis Domaine Servin 2014 reveals a charming and fresh bouquet of yellow fruits and floral notes, orange blossom.
On the palate, Petit Chablis 2014 from Domaine Servin offers a light and crisp body, relatively dry and with medium acidity. It covers the mouth with aromas of fresh and crisp fruits, lemon, citrus fruits and apricots, rolled up in a mineral touch of damp rocks.

Petit Chablis Domaine Servin 2014 is a fresh, light wine with a balanced aromatic structure that will wonderfully accompany fish or seafood dishes, or a goat cheese platter.
