Fortunately, thanks to hard work and a rigorous selection of the grapes, the 2003 vintage of Champagne Dom Pérignon rosé will finally present an exceptional quality and maturity!

In the glass, Champagne Moët & Chandon Dom Pérignon rosé 2003 is dressed in a superb copper pink colour with sparkling reflections, crossed by a string of lively and caressing bubbles.
On the nose, it exhales intense and complex fragrances dominated by ripe red berries, dried figs and a floral touch of violets. After a few swirls, greedy notes of vanilla and spices emerge from the glass, highlighting the richness and elegance of the bouquet.
On the palate, Champagne Moët & Chandon Dom Pérignon 2003 rosé offers a direct and concentrated attack. The aromas present on the nose unfold, in an exceptional continuity, supported by a mantle of fine and velvety foam. In the mid-palate, spicy notes find their way and blossom, accompanied by saline and iodine notes to end on a long, full, mineral and incredibly persistent finish!

Moët & Chandon's Cuvée Dom Pérignon 2003 rosé is a marvel of richness, complexity and freshness. It should reach its ideal tasting range in 2014 and continue to evolve without problems until 2030.
