Champagne Moët & Chandon Brut Impérial 1973 is a blend of three grape varieties: Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir.
The 1973 Cuvée Brut Impérial is dressed in a beautiful pale yellow colour with golden highlights.
On the nose, it distils fresh and delicate aromas of green apple and grapefruit.
These fruity aromas can be found in the mouth as soon as they attack, accompanied by notes of lemon, pear and peach. The middle mouth reveals gourmet aromas of brioche, honey and roasted hazelnuts, superimposed on fresh fruit.
The unctuous (and unique) foam of Champagne Moët & Chandon Brut Impérial 1973 leaves a fat and velvety impression on the palate, giving it an inimitable distinction.
