With a 100% Chardonnay single varietal blend, the Meursault Caillerets 1999 from the Coche Dury estate is adorned with a superb pale straw yellow colour with golden highlights.
On the nose, the Meursault Caillerets Jean François Coche Dury 1999 reveals a charming and lively bouquet of white flowers and dried yellow and white fruits, subtly coated in mineral notes of limestone and flint.
On the palate, the Meursault Caillerets Jean François Coche Dury 1999 shows a perfect balance as well as a very beautiful acidity line. The aromatic structure is tense, offering notes of yellow and white fruit, dominated by quince, and continues for a long time in the finish.

As is often the case with wines from the Coche Dury estate, the Meursault Caillerets 1999 is intended for long ageing. It is ready to be tasted now but will still be able to mature in cellar a few years without any problem.
