This rosé cuvée comes from a blend of 90% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Noir harvested respectively in Avize and Ambonnay.
Aged between 2 and 2.5 years, Champagne Franck Bonville Brut Grand Cru rosé is slightly dosed at 6.67g/l.

Dressed in a deep salmon-coloured robe, Champagne Franck Bonville rosé lets out, as soon as it opens, a multitude of persistent bubbles, forming an infinite cordon.
On the nose, it offers a greedy and fruity bouquet of wild strawberries and cherries carried by pastry notes. Silky and round on the palate, Champagne Franck Bonville Brut Grand Cru rosé always remains fresh, delicate and very balanced thanks to its very light dosage.

Champagne Franck Bonville Brut rosé is best enjoyed with a summer aperitif or as a dessert with ripe fresh fruit.
