Château Haut Marbuzet 2013 is a wine from the Saint Estèphe appellation made from a blend of Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Malbec and Petit Verdot.

In the glass, Château Haut Marbuzet 2013 shows a beautiful dark ruby colour and distills a subtle bouquet of black and red fruits, blackcurrants, plums and cherries.
On the palate, Château Haut Marbuzet 2013 is medium-bodied with abundant tannins. Straight and of medium complexity, it offers a slightly shy palate, with aromas of red and black fruits intermingled (cherries, plums, currants, blueberries) as well as elegant earthy notes before concluding with a finish full of powerful and abundant tannins.

Château Haut Marbuzet 2013 is still a bit young to be tasted. Its robust tannic structure will require a few years in the bottle before it can fully integrate, but it also guarantees a good ageing potential.
If you want to enjoy it now, it is recommended to let it air a few hours before.
