100% Chardonnay, Chablis 1er Cru Mont de Milieu 2016 from Domaine Servin has a beautiful light yellow colour with slightly green tints.
Shy on the first nose, it gradually opens with aeration, revealing aerial notes of yellow and white fruits.
On the palate, Chablis 1er Cru Mont de Milieu Domaine Servin 2016 is medium-bodied with a well-balanced acidity. Ripe yellow and white fruits intertwine in the mouth, leaving an elegant, light and subtle finish.

Less complex than the other Chablis wines of Domaine Servin, this 2016 vintage will reach full maturity more quickly.
