With its salmon colour, Champagne Bonnaire rosé is a blend of 60% Chardonnay (Grand Cru from Cramant and Premier Cru from Cuis et Bergère-les-Vertus) and 40% Pinot Noir (including 12% of Coteaux Champenois) slightly dosed at 8g/l.
Well structured thanks to its dominant Chardonnay, Champagne Bonnaire rosé finds its perfect balance by adding the typical fruity flavours of Pinot Noir.
Aged in the cellars of the estate for at least 36 months, this Bonnaire has a soft rosé colour and exposes a lovely nose of noble pinot, subtly fruity and tenderly distinguished.
The 12% Coteaux Champenois give it tannic notes that sublimate its fullness on the palate and give it a particular freshness.
Served between 8 and 10°C, Champagne Bonnaire Rosé goes perfectly with lobster or strawberries.
